In recent years, the New Jersey legislature has begun to amend statutes and laws that govern NJ EMS but they had no formal organization to turn to who can express the views of working NJ Paramedics. PANJEMS became the voice of the NJ Paramedic population. We will help to educate the NJ Governor's Office, NJ Senate, NJ Assembly, as well as the general public on how EMS operates in New Jersey.

• Advocate for the New Jersey Mobile Intensive Care Paramedics to the New Jersey Legislative and Executive Branches 

• Advocate for better pay for New Jersey Mobile Intensive Care Paramedics and Emergency Medical Technicians 

• Advocate for advancing the New Jersey EMS Field clinical abilities

• To educate the public on NJ's EMS system

• To provide education to the NJ EMS community

• To provide paramedic mentors to EMT and paramedic students
