New Jersey Emergency Medical Services
PANJEMS is a 501c4 non-profit and was founded in June of 2022 by active and former New Jersey Mobile Intensive Care Paramedics (MICP), more commonly known as paramedics, to be the voice of New Jersey's Advanced Life Support (ALS) Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Clinicians.
PANJEMS does not represent the views of any hospital or department its members may work for.
For years the MICP community has complained that there has been no organization to advocate for the boots-on-the-ground paramedic.
Calling All New Jersey Paramedics
PANJEMS was founded by medics for medics and will quickly become the go-to organization for NJ legislators to call upon when they have questions about NJ ALS.
